A carefully balanced malt with sweet citrus bouquet of Hallertau Saphir hops and the unique spice aroma and bitterness of Herkules hops.  Top-fermenting yeast finishes out this clean, crisp beer rivaling the original ales of Dusseldorf, brewed in Texas.
